Pricing

Prices shown on the GellatlyMusic.com website are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes and shipping costs. Any U.S. dollar prices shown are an approximation of the Canadian price times an exchange rate. The actual amount charged to foreign or U.S. dollars customers will be the Canadian price, plus or minus whatever exchange is charged by the credit card companies when transactions are processed. In-store pricing is often different than e-store pricing due to overhead costs, promotions and other factors. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product or service has been listed on the GellatlyMusic e-store at the wrong price due to an error on our part, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for said product or service. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it for any reason or for no reason. From time to time, GellatlyMusic.com may offer sale prices on some or all products on our site. These prices will only be honoured for the time period in which they are displayed on GellatlyMusic.com.

Taxes

Our store is located in Waterloo, Ontario and as such we collect PST from all Ontario customers and GST from all Canadian customers. There are no taxes collected by us on shipments to the United States or other countries.

Shipping Charges

Orders may be picked up at our store in Waterloo or mailed to you. We use a Canada post plug-in to calculate the correct postage amount.

Terms of Payment

You may pay by Visa or Mastercard through our secure credit card payment provider (Chase Paymentech). We process orders once we receive notification from Chase Paymentech that the payment has been authorized. You will be asked each time you order to enter your payment information. GellatlyMusic doesn't sell to persons under the age of 18 years through the e-store. If you are under 18 years of age, please have your parent or guardian make the purchase for you.

Product not in stock

We can hold backorders for you if you set up a user account with us. It is our policy to continue to try to source hard to obtain products until you advise us to stop trying or we advise you that we have been unsuccessful. Unfortunately, we can not hold backorders for e-purchases if you don't set-up a user account. If buying more than one item at a time, in-stock items will be shipped normally within one working day, and backordered items will be shipped when they arrive at our location.

Returns

We at GellatlyMusic would like all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Items with manufacturer's defects or damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge, although we do require that you return the defective or damaged item to us prior to a replacement being sent. Occasionally a replacement product may not be available in which case you will be refunded for the original cost of the product and shipping from us to you. We don't accept returns of items which have been opened but aren't defective, or items sent more than 45 days prior to the return request. We only accept returns of product purchased from GellatlyMusic.com and we do not offer exchanges. Please contact us for a return authorization before returning any product.

Refunds

After we receive and process an item returned to us, we will credit you using the same form of payment that you originally used. We will also email you letting you know that we have processed your refund. Refunds are normally credited with 10 days of us receiving the return.

Foreign Customers

You may or may not be subject to import duties, customs clearance and taxes levied after a shipment reaches your country. Any such charges can't be estimated by us and are not our responsibility. If you would like further information on what charges may be applied, we suggest you contact your local customs officials. We will not knowingly misrepresent the value of a product or say that it is a gift to deceive customs officials. Even if an item is a gift from you to another individual, we must show the correct value on documentation.
